Ellen, you can contact the university's Department of Exercise Science and Sport Management. The head of the department is Dr Wendy Gilleard, phone 6620 3501 or email wendy.gilleard@scu.edu.au
They are the people who designed the program mentioned in the story.
I hope they can help you.

Dear Sir/Madam
My mother who will be 83 in a couple of weeks, was prior to being ill, very active and fit. We have been told by the doctor that she is in good health. Heart and blood pressure etc. all good but due to the illness she has not become active again and seems to tire easily. I feel that she needs motivation to get on the move again and I thought with some strength training this would be possible. Would it be possible to obtain from you some idea of what type of exercise would be of benefit to her. I would be eternally grateful for any advice you can give.

Thank you
