Weekend surf report

Northerlies again, and not much swell!

However, the wind is forecast to blow from the south tomorrow, so there’s still hope.

It’s just a matter what swell there is, holding up for the weekend. Today the beaches are blown out and there’s a peaky swell to a metre.

Judging by the crowd from North Wall through to Main Beach on Wednesday, there hasn’t been much around elsewhere. Up to 80 surfers were in the water (and it wasn’t as if it was good — it was pretty ordinary), leaving locals to wonder: Where do they all come from?
