Ate Phat Ducks to be launched soon
With a name like Ate Phat Ducks, it’s bound to be an interesting book.
“Ate Phat Ducks is not just another food or recipe book,” says publisher Remy Tancred.
“It is the story of eight ordinary women and their visits to 30 extraordinary restaurants in northern NSW.
“It tells the tale of how the Phat Ducks came to be, plus provides a comprehensive food trail, a description of each of the 30 restaurants the Ducks visited, and a yummy signature dish recipe from each.
“The design is a square, 76 pages, full colour, glossy, coffee table book. The photography by local artist and designer Fran Flynn is absolutely stunning.”
The book and website will be launched on November 22 at The Point at Ramada Riverside.
