Lennox Head set for further expansion
Lennox Head is set for further expansion, with the proposed Petrac development on a $60 million site at the Pacific Pines estate.
The project will include about 480 homes and 310 retirement homes. Sports fields also are included in the development plans.
Petrac says 23 per cent of the project will be devoted to parks and open space.
All up, the development is expected to add about 1800 new residents to Lennox Head.
The Development Application for the site on on public exhibition until April 18.
“The public exhibition period is designed to inform the immediate and surrounding community about the proposed development. Petrac is committed to consulting with local people and government agencies to ensure all our projects meet the needs and expectations of the community,” the company said.
