Ballina netballers chosen in Talented Athlete squad
The 2008 Netball NSW Talented Athlete Program squad has been selected after an intense development weekend at the Anne Clark Centre, and Ballina Netball Association has had two players selected in the TAP squad, with Chloe Lane and Lauren Sculley earning a place.
Athletes in contention for the TAP squad have been viewed by selectors at the Netball NSW State Age Championships and at the 15-years development weekend.
From here, 60 of the best 15-year-old athletes registered with Netball NSW have been selected to participate in the TAP Camp to be held on the 18th and 19th of October 2008.
This camp will see the athletes come together at the Anne Clark Netball Centre in Lidcombe for high-quality specialist coaching, skill development and match play.
The athletes will be given the opportunity to be coached by top Netball NSW coaches, adding further to their netball experience and development.
