Elevation sales boost Lennox Head real estate confidence
Lennox Head land sales confirm a return of confidence in coastal New South Wales, with 13 sales in Stage 2 of Elevation Estate for a total value of $3.9 million over the past two months.
With full support of regional estate agents and builders, Elevation is well on the way to a sell-out of its latest release and is already in planning for construction of the next stage, for expected completion early next year.
Elevation is positioned at the very top of North Creek Road in Lennox Head, with uninterrupted hinterland views preserved in perpetuity through zonings.
