Edmonds Conveyancing wins State award
Amanda Edmonds from Edmonds Conveyancing in Ballina was presented with The President’s Award by the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (NSW Division), for achieving ‘Professionalism and Best Practice within the Conveyancing Profession’ in Sydney on 23 October.
Receipt of the award caps off a great year for Edmonds Conveyancing, who in August also received a Ballina Shire Northern Star Business Excellence Award for ‘Best Professional Service (under five workers)’.
Edmonds Conveyancing also won this award in 2008.
Australian Institute of Conveyancers (NSW Division) CEO, Mr Alan West, said that The President’s Award was created to recognise a member who is highly regarded within the profession.
“Amanda was recognised for her personal and professional contribution to conveyancing. In addition to actively assisting other conveyancers and property professionals within her network, she exhibits a wholehearted enthusiasm, very high professional standards, and demonstrates client service excellence,” he said.
“We congratulate Amanda and the entire Edmonds Conveyancing team for their great work and for setting the benchmark in innovative conveyancing practice.”
Amanda Edmonds said she was surprised and blown away by the award, and delighted to be the inaugural winner.
“There are over 300 conveyancing businesses in NSW, so we never imagined that we would be recognised at such an elite level for the work that we do,” she said.
“I want to pay tribute to the professionalism and dedication of our entire team, who work and think ‘outside the square’ to deliver exceptional services to our broad client base.
“In any business, it’s often the little things that really make the difference.
“We understand that flexibility is important, and will often arrange to meet clients after hours, or at their home, and we provide support to clients at auctions if required.
“We have also run a number of complimentary information nights this year, and our team continues to enhance its skill base with additional training. We believe it is these types of initiatives that allow us to stand out.”
