Painting Masterclass with Charly Wrencher
Current exhibiting artist at the Northern Rivers Community Gallery in Ballina Charly Wrencher will facilitate a painting workshop on Tuesday 17 November 2009.
In the three-hour workshop Charly will explore the concept of intuitive landscape painting. For his own works Charly draws inspiration from the Northern Rivers landscapes and seascapes.
His current exhibition, ‘Dive in’, makes you feel as if you could do just that; it is an emotional journey following the flow of water and its essential cycle.
To participate in the workshop, you will need to bring your own materials including a canvas of at least 100cm wide and acrylic paints.
The cost to participate in the workshop is $60 per person.
The workshop will be held in the Northern Rivers Community Gallery, Cherry Street, Ballina, from 10am until 1pm. Light refreshments will be provided.
