Don Page's concern for farmers affected by the new T2E is laudable. But farmers get compensation and can move away from the noise and pollution of the new highway. Bangalow residents, who unsuccesfully requested Don's support for othef routes and for removal of the economically unjustified major interchange at Bangalow, have to live with the adverse impacts of the highway for ever - noise, pollution and visual scarring of the lovely local countryside. The fight to stop the highway on its proposed route does not stop until the bulldozers move in.
