Wardell hosts seminar on workplace relations laws
The National Farmers’ Federation (NFF), with support from the Australian Government, is holding its last free seminar in NSW in Wardell on 25 March 2010 to explain changes to Federal workplace relations laws.
Presented by experienced agricultural workplace relations advisors, the seminars will provide opportunities for one-on-one advice on how the new laws will apply to farmers and their employees.
New laws that came into effect on 1 January 2010 will affect the day-to-day interaction of employers and employees. The seminars will cover:
the new National Employment Standards,
unfair dismissal laws,
modern awards and
enterprise agreements.
The seminar will be from 2pm-5pm at Wardell Sports & Recreation Club, Wardell Rd.
