Wills Day to be held in Ballina
The NSW Trustee & Guardian, formerly Public Trustee NSW, will be holding a special Wills Day in Ballina on May 22 at the courthouse.
It is recommended that all adults have a legally valid will and regularly update it as their personal circumstances change.

The day offers the opportunity for locals to make or update their will and talk directly to experienced staff from one of 18 branches.
There is no charge to make or update a will with NSW Trustee & Guardian as executor – charges apply on estate administration only.
