Boom Time Set for Ballina
The new Harvey Norman Homeworld Bulky Goods Centre is almost near completion. The Centre is located at the end of Boeing Rd in the Southern Cross Industrial Estate. The finishing touches are being done to the landscaping and internal fit outs. Leases are now being offered to interested store holders. With Ballina’s population tipped to reach 120,000 in 2015 Ballina will become one of the major centres for retail, offices, tourism and entertainment. There also many other developments currently being considered for Ballina, the hardware superstore is being considered by council as well as proposed urban housing developments in the surrounding areas.
