Don Page, pictured, has been re-elected as the Member for Ballina.
At the close of counting on Saturday night, Mr Page (Nationals) had totalled more than half the counted votes.
The figures with 32,953 counted were:
Page 17,621 (53 per cent)
Boyd (Australians Against Further Immigration) 440
Smith (Democrats) 582
Doriean (ALP) 7760
Bailey (Greens) 6550.
