Maggie Cross
Maggie Cross is a contemporary Australian Visual artist who has taught art for 27 years within the Education Department. She is currently pursuing her art practice from her Ballina studio whilst tutoring Adult Education. Her inspiration comes from the surrounding region as well as from overseas travel. She uses a variety of media including oil, acrylic, watercolour and pen. Her works cover a range of artistic styles including realistic, expressionistic, abstract and trompe l`oeil. She has done a number of commissions and her work is represented here and overseas.
