What can I say about these great people? Yes they are in the business of customer service, but so many business' tend to forget this. Vicki is always there with a cheerful smile and her staff are always courteous and professional. It is refreshing to have people deal honestly with you when it comes to computers (an area that so many of us know little about), when there are so many shonky stores out there. I have no qualms about recommending Vicki and the team whenever you need service or support for your computer.

Northern Digital is the best computer store I have ever sent my computer to. When my computer (bought from somewhere else) broke down, it was 'fixed' numerous times by another store, taking more than a month. Northern Digital fixed it in two days, and we haven't had a problem since!The staff are highly professional, and yet still extremely nice, friendly, and co-operative. They go out of their way to make sure that they are easily contactable, and never once lost their temper, even when we came up with some rediculous demands concerning getting the computer enhanced and upgraded, which simply isn't possible. :)Northern Digital is an excellent store, with great staff members and a brilliant attitude. I highly reccomend them to anyone who has broken electronics (particularly computers) or is looking to buy a computer. They also specialize in custom computers, which is great if you want a computer with specialised software/hardware, without paying hundreds for a ton of other stuff you don't want to or need.As I said before, Northern Digital is fantastic! :)

I found Northern Digital to be the most prefessional computer store that I have come across. The staff were freindly and no matter what my request and the owner made it a point to try to accomodate me.
My business will be returning to this store
