Shelley Jackson offers professional, confidential psychological services to the community from her practice at the Ballina Wellbeing Centre. She is a registered psychologist with 28 years experience in allied health. Shelley can assist you with a wide range of personal and interpersonal issues, including help with stress management, positive coping skills, sleep problems, communication and relating skills, and the use of mindfulness, deep relaxation, meditation and imagery processes to facilitate self-management of stress and pain. Shelley also has substantial experience providing tertiary education counselling, employee assistance, and clinical supervision to professional counsellors and psychologists. Shelley enjoys using a wholistic approach that focuses on the needs of the client - combining her diverse skills in counselling and psychotherapy to facilitate positive change, and enhance health and wellbeing, personal and spiritual development.
