Ballina Twilight Market

Thursday 2nd, 9th & 16th & 23rd February 2012 - 4:00pm - 08:00pm at Fawcett Park, Fawcett Street, Ballina-Includes local farmers, fishermen and processors along with musicians to entertain and guest artists to showcase their talents. The Ballina Twilight Market is supported by the Ballina Shire Council and is a fundraising initiative for the Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter.

Crawford House Museum Exhibition "Loose Threads"

From Friday 27th January to Sunday 26th February 2012 10am to 4pm daily at Crawford House Wardell Road Alstonville. Threads is a group of embroiders who expand their skills by using a creative approach. This exhibition of their craft incorporates a number of themes which they interpret by using a variety of stitches and colours, manipulating, painting and stamping fabrics, and working from photos and pictures.
